Your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order isn't quite right, we'll do everything we can to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with original tags attached
- Returned in their original packaging whenever possible
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation
- Clear photos showing the issue
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A full or partial refund
When a return is required for an approved defective item, Almond Lena will cover the return shipping cost.
Standard Returns
Changed your mind?
No problem.
Eligible non-defective items may still be returned within 30 days.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges
Need another size?
We'll be happy to help.
Once your exchange request is approved, we'll arrange a replacement item. A small shipping fee may apply depending on your location.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Intimates
- Earrings
- Gift Cards
- Final Sale items
Refunds
After your return arrives, we'll inspect the item.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we begin processing orders quickly:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.
- Address updates must also be requested within 12 hours.
After this period, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
